Your Professional Real Estate Photographer

NYC and Surrounding Areas

A professional real estate photographer can help make your home look amazing in photos. We know that first impressions are everything when it comes to selling a house, and great photography is key to making your home stand out from the competition and sell faster.

Not All Real Estate Photographers Are Created Equal

Selling a home can be difficult, but it’s even harder when you don’t have great photos to show off your property.

Many home sellers and real estate agents rely on amateur photographers to take pictures of their listings, and the results are often less than stellar.

As professional real estate photographers, we help you showcase your property in the best light possible. With years of experience shooting homes for sale, we know how to capture each listing in the most flattering way possible.

Thank you for doing the tour at my listing! The sellers would not have given me this listing without a 3D Virtual Tour

Thank you! The buyer I’m in contract with couldn’t make the open house but was still willing to make an offer due to the immersive 3D Tour

Have Questions?

Below Are Some Common Questions About Our Real Estate Photography Services

Once the photoshoot is complete, you can expect to receive them within three business days.

Depending on the size and scope of your project, we can typically complete it in 2-4 hours.

There’s no one answer to this question because the cost of photography services can vary greatly depending on several factors, such as the photographer’s experience and skills, the size and complexity of the property, and whether or not special equipment or post-processing is required.

You can review our pricing options here.

That depends on the real estate brokerage. Some do, and some don’t. Typically, the agents who are selling the property will pay for photography, but sometimes the brokerage will cover it as well.

Getting your home ready for a photo shoot is a critical step in the process. If you’re working with an experienced real estate agent, they should be able to perform a walk-through of the home with you to point out some actions you can take.

Below is a quick checklist that will help prepare your home for the big day.

  • Ensure the rooms are clean and clutter-free, as removing items during editing can be quite time-consuming.
  • Ensure that all of the furniture is in its proper place.
  • You may want to remove any personal items from view to depersonalize the home as much as possible.
  • If you have any pets, make sure they’re confined to a room where they won’t be seen in the photos.
  • Make sure all of the lights are turned on so that the rooms look bright and cheerful.
  • Turn off all ceiling fans to prevent distractions from appearing in the photos.
  • Of course, if you are making any home improvements before the sale, you will want to complete these prior to the photoshoot.
